Nut Zero is a political power strategy and it is working as planned. 

Leftists are using a fake climate crisis to justify control of energy use. That control of energy use allows control of people. 

The goal is enough control of people so that the government / economy transitions to leftist fascism.

Nut Zero is not an engineering project. 

It is a leftist political strategy to significantly reduce personal freedom, and it is working.

Most conservatives seem to believe Nut Zero is an incompetent engineering project.

They criticize the Nut Zero goals as:

unaffordable,

lacking a real cost estimate,

lacking a critical path timing plan,

not feasible,

with only failed demonstration projects

barely changing global use of hydrocarbon fuels, and

Nut Zero will fail to stop the increase of atmospheric CO2, because 175 nations, with almost seven billion people, out of eight billion total, are not participating in Nut Zero

That list is off the top of my head, so I probably missed a few items. They are all true. And if Nut Zero was a real engineering project, they would all matter.

But Nut Zero is a fake engineering project.

It's too easy to criticize the Nut Zero vision (there are no detailed plans to criticize) and claim the leftists are incompetent fools. As grid engineers and climate scientists they ARE incompetent fools.

As politicians dedicated to increasing their powers, by any means necessary, leftists are masters.

Nut Zero is more valuable to leftists if it fails as an engineering project. And it will fail.

Because that failure will be spun as a second climate emergency.

For leftists, the only solution for any emergency, whether real or fake, is more government ... and blaming greedy capitalists.

That's fascism. 

It includes Deep State government regulations and mandates, such as subsidies for products leftists support, and taxes on products leftists oppose. 

Internet censorship of opposing views is next -- those views will be called hate speech or disinformation. 

Election fraud will keep Democraps in power.

The entire leftist political power strategy is supported by predictions of global warming doom that began in 1979. While the actual global warming since 1975 has been very pleasant and harmed no one.

If the scary CAGW prediction lives on, the Nut Zero political power strategy to implement Leftist Fascism will be difficult to stop.

The leftists are winning.

Gaining the political power they have lusted for since the early 1900s. 

They know criticism of their climate science and grid engineering diverts attention from their weak spot: The 44 years of failed CAGW predictions.

Conservatives (I'm a libertarian) can criticize Nut Zero until the cows come home.  Leftists don't care.

Just don't attack their favorite boogeyman: CO2, the satanic gas. 

The leftist dream is that conservatives will claim CO2 does nothing, and then get destroyed by leftist fact checkers.
